Close the deal as early as possible, but if you cant do it on the same day here are some TIPS:
when doing a follow-up, always ask permission from the client prior to the follow up and ask them their schedule and it should be within 48 hours if possible, this is also a technique so that it will be less bothersome for the client because it was them who set for the appointment (also do this when rescheduling)
(DERB office, Coffee shop, Developers office)
-you can invite your client as early as the next day or sameday if possible

project updates
neighborhood updates
This also applies to previous clients, so you can convert them to REFERRORS, or AGENTS
especially if the client is not qualified
